How often should I complete a workout?

We recommend for beginners that doing 2 BuddyUp Style Fitness sessions per week will be sufficient to gain the benefits of any fitness strength program!

Cut to size then glue caps and sockets

  • 1 x length of 100mm Dia. PVC pipe - with screw caps and push fit caps
  • 1 x length of 100mm Dia. PVC pipe - with screw caps and push fit caps
  • 2 @ 400mm - 100mm
  • 1 @ 600mm - 100mm
  • 1@ 1.4m 100mm
  • 1 @1.4m - 50mm
  • 2 @ 600mm - 50mm

Fill with water or crushed rock or Sand for your desired weight - (crushed concrete is cheapest)


How do I create a Home style Suspension trainer?

Purchase a pair of cargo Tie Downs (any Hardware store stocks them) and then cut a section of 25mm - 30mm electrical conduit 150mm long and thread through the bands. Then find somewhere to hang them from straps that can be easily adjusted for appropriate length.

A Sand Bag / Kettle Bell can be created easily using a shopping bag and a roll of duct tape - fill up, roll up and tape up!
