dialog, there are many options available.
People who suffer persistent injury issues or
ailments but BUDDYUP STYLE FITNESS is not one of them the user
assumes all risks of injury in the use of this program.
If during the workout you feel as though you’re
working beyond your current ability/level regress the activity.
If you feel Nausea or dizziness, you should discontinue the
exercise immediately or this part of the program in particular.
