Hello there and welcome to BuddyUp style fitness we are a brilliant New Mobile, do it anywhere fitness training program. Designed by the founder ex AFL Cats Captain and Lions Footballer Andrew Bews who has extensive experience and success in the Fitness, Sporting and Coaching area.

It's an online training program designed from the TABATA protocol incorporating Circuit / Metabolic resistance training.

We use simple (to complex maneuvers down the track) it has been designed for novices up to elite athletes and yes the two could quite easily work side by side.

Well you can try and in their comfort and safety of your own home you can pick and choose when you train its portable played on your Smart Phone tablet or computer you can even train at your local park river beach or gym - wherever it works for you.
